PRODUCT & MATERIALS
Q: How long do MUSELASH eyelashes last?
A: With proper application, MUSELASH lashes typically last 5–7 days. First-time users may experience slightly shorter retention.
Q: What are MUSELASH lashes made of?
A: Our lashes are crafted from high-quality synthetic PBT fibers, ensuring a lightweight, flexible, and cruelty-free wear. Some brands use human hair or mink fur, but we prioritize vegan-friendly, hypoallergenic materials.
Q: Are MUSELASH lashes safe for sensitive eyes?
A: Yes! Our lashes feature latex-free adhesive and plant-based fibers, making them ideal for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers.
APPLICATION & WEAR
Q: Should I apply lashes before or after makeup?
A: For optimal adhesion, apply to clean, makeup-free skin. While you can layer them over eyeshadow, avoid mascara on the falsies—it can degrade the fibers and reduce longevity.
Q: Can I wear MUSELASH lashes during workouts or swimming?
A: Absolutely! These are performance-proof lashes—whether you’re hitting the gym, running a marathon, or dancing all night, they’ll stay put. (Pro tip: Seal with our lash sealant for extra security!)
Q: How do I apply cluster lashes for the best hold?
- Prep: Curl natural lashes and cleanse the lid to remove oils.
- Glue: Apply a thin layer of bond to the lash base, wait 30–35 sec until tacky.
- Press: Gently adhere clusters 2mm above your lash line, then squeeze together with natural lashes.
- Lock In: Spritz with sealant and avoid water for 12–24 hours.
MAINTENANCE & REMOVAL
Q: Can I reuse MUSELASH lashes?
A: Clusters can be reused 3–5 times if carefully removed and stored. Avoid oil-based products near the bands to maintain their shape.
Q: How do I remove lashes without damaging my naturals?
A: Soak a cotton pad with oil-free micellar water or lash remover, hold over the lash line for 10 sec, then gently slide clusters off. Never pull!
Q: How can I make my lashes last longer?
- Skip oil-based makeup removers post-application.
- Avoid saunas, steam rooms, or rubbing your eyes.
- Store lashes in their original tray to prevent bending.
